Use for small batches of sauces and hot dips. The drawback is the pouring is on the wrong side of the pan for right handed person. Easy to clean. Not a balance problem on my gas stove.
This item looks great. It's a good weight and hence sits quite flat unlike some other types of small frying pans. The outside of the pan is beautifully finished. HOWEVER, it is flawed because the inside flat surface (where the egg goes) was rough!! Not finished properly, not polished smooth. I decided to keep it though, and made it smooth by carefully using very fine emery paper and wire wool. Because of this and that I consider it an expensive item, I mark it down.

Healthy material to cook with and perfect for that one egg project; they come perfect. Uou could also use to sauté a little oil/seasoning or whatever kind of sauce for a small/single servingThe pan has an easy pour spout. I got this particularly to cook for my one year old. Every kitchen should have one of these.
