1. Order Processing

  • Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
  • Order Changes/Cancellations: If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order is processed, it cannot be changed or canceled.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates may vary depending on the destination, shipping  method, and total weight. Free shipping on orders $39.99 or more with standard shipping！
  • Delivery Estimates:
  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7 - 12 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days. Currently available for eligible U.S. orders.

3. Where Do We Ship From and Ship To? 

We ship from China Warehouse for most items and we can ship to most of the countries worldwide, like United States, Canada, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, The United Arab Emirates, Japan, Australia, Thailand, Singapore etc.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All applicable import duties and taxes are included. No additional customs fees will be charged upon delivery.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through Track Your Order or the carrier's website.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at support@imeeahome.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact us as soon as possible. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
