These bowls are the perfect shape and size and are completely smooth with no seams. Light weight but sturdy. I needed these to replace some plastic bowls, and these are a nice quality upgrade. Just wish the manufacturer's name was etched on the product in case I want to order more in the future.
15cmタイプについてのレビューです。ご飯茶碗としては大きく、丼茶碗としては小さい感じのサイズ感です。微細な凹みや出っ張り、擦り傷が少し見られますが、概ねきれいな見た目をしています。重量的には許容範囲内です。中空構造になっていて表面に熱が伝わりにくい感じで、使い勝手が良いです。
本格的な韓国料理のお店で出てくるような金属のボウルです。中くらいの丼サイズで内側が２重構造になっていて、熱いスープを入れても冷めづらく持つ手が熱くならないので機能的。口当たりは陶器と違って良くはないですがビビンバや冷麺、チョレギサラダを作った時にこれに入れるだけで本格的な気分で盛り上がるので気に入っています笑

these are quality stainless steel mixing bowls. they are on the small size which surprised me a little bit. because they are double walled they are lighter than a solid bowl so they move around on my counter. I do like to use stainless steel over metal so that is a good thing. for use as soup or cereal bowls might be a better idea than using as a mixing bowl. So try these out. good item
These stainless steel bowls are interesting. They are nicely polished and look great, but they are also very practical. The bowls have double walls with insulation in between. This means you can pour in things like really hot soup and the outside of the bowl won't get hot. Same thing with cold stuff like ice cream, in this bowl it won't make your hands freezing cold.The other benefit is that the stuff in the bowl will stay the right temperature for longer, meaning your soup won't get cold as fast and your ice cream won't melt as quick.So overall, very nice looking bowls with the addition of insulation, nice things to have!
