Care & Instructions
1. Before First Use: Wash the cake knife and server with warm water and mild dish soap. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a soft cloth.

2. Cake Cutting: Use the cake knife to slice celebration cakes, cheesecakes, and soft pies. Handle the cutting edge carefully and keep it away from children.

3. Cake Serving: Slide the matching cake server beneath each slice to lift and transfer it onto a dessert plate. Avoid twisting or forcing the utensils through frozen or very hard foods.

4. Cleaning: Dishwasher safe. Gentle hand washing is recommended to help preserve the mirror-polished finish, especially for the Gold option. Avoid steel wool, abrasive cleaners, and harsh chemicals.

5. Drying & Storage: Dry thoroughly after washing to help prevent water spots. Store both pieces in a clean, dry place, protecting the polished surfaces from scratches.
Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Is the cake knife and server set made from genuine 304 stainless steel?

Yes. The IMEEA cake knife and server set is crafted from SUS304 stainless steel, a durable, corrosion-resistant material commonly used in quality kitchenware. Both pieces are designed for repeated cake cutting and serving at special occasions and everyday gatherings.

Q: Is the finish truly shiny, and are the handles comfortable to hold?

The set features a smooth mirror-polished finish that creates a bright, reflective appearance. The decorative stainless steel handles provide a comfortable grip and an elegant look, making the pieces suitable for wedding cake-cutting ceremonies and formal dessert tables.

Q: Can the cake knife cut layered cakes and cheesecakes, or is it just decorative?

The cake knife is functional, not simply decorative. Its cutting edge is suitable for slicing celebration cakes, layered cakes, cheesecakes, and soft pies. The matching cake server supports each slice when lifting it onto a plate. For frozen or particularly hard desserts, use an appropriate cutting tool.

Beyond useful cake knife and lifter

Love my cake knife to cut generous slices of cake, and then use my lifter to place onto plates, with no mess. So easy!

Ligt goed in de hand. Is niet lichter dan het zou moeten voelen dus het voelt niet zo goedkoop als de prijs je misschien doet vrezen.

Works great for a one time use

Many people buy these to use one time at an event. They are inexpensive and did the job perfectly. We still have them in case we need them again. They are very sturdy and should hold up to whatever cake you use them for. We didn't see the need to pay the prices asked for a "Wedding Cake Cutting Utensil Set". Use these.
