Can see in prep pic that only 1 metal cap (where the prongs & wood connect) fell off after the initial prep wash. They worked well during grilling, then the rest of caps fell off after clean up wash.

Its not wode for kebabs but ideal for çöp şiş (shish kebab).Metal is strong can hold any type of meat (chicken, beef, lamb, fish, shrimps and etc.)Lenght is enough for small BBQ grills, mine is hand made, so i can adjust lenght.Wooden handles are also good.

I got these for a custom kabob grill I was building for a client. The flat design allows you to index them every 90 degrees without spinning. These are by far the best build quality in terms of the blade material, handle construction, and handle finishing that I have seen on the market. The only down side is that the points are a bit crudely stamped, and while they would probably work, I wouldn't want to use them the way they come. It took me 2 minutes to sharpen them with a grinder to needle sharp.

these are brilliant. ordered another 2 packs, one for the farther in law and kept another pack. would definitely recommend as better than the ones they sell in the supermarkets.
