1. Before First Use: Wash the stainless steel blades with warm water and mild dish soap. Gently clean the wooden handles and dry all parts thoroughly.

2. Preparing Kebabs: Thread larger pieces of meat, fish, or firm vegetables onto the wide flat blades. Avoid forcing very small or fragile ingredients onto the skewers.

3. Grilling: Arrange the skewers securely over a suitable grill. Turn them carefully to cook different sides of the food. Keep wooden handles away from direct flames and prolonged high heat.

4. Heat Safety: Stainless steel blades become very hot during grilling, and wooden handles may also heat up. Use suitable grill gloves or tongs when handling hot skewers.

These are very sturdy. They are large and the metal is thick. The wooden handles are attached very well. However, these are large size skewers. I would check the size and see if they fit because I would suspect they won't fit on smaller size grills. However, very well made and no issues with them.

These large skewers are well constructed and very sturdy. They are long enough to hold over an open fire for some adults, and definitely long enough to easily handle on grills for all adults. The wooden handles do not get hot and the food items hold onto the skewers throughout the cooking process. The large skewers are great for large food items!
