Care & Instructions
2. Heating: Use low to medium heat. Avoid heating the empty pan or allowing liquids to boil dry. Never leave cookware unattended while heating.
3. Handle Safety: The wooden handle and lid knob may become hot during cooking. Use an oven mitt when necessary and keep the wooden handle away from direct flames.
4. Cleaning & Care: Hand wash with mild dish soap and a soft sponge. Avoid abrasive cleaners, steel wool, and dishwasher cleaning to protect the wooden components.
5. Glass Lid Care: Avoid sudden temperature changes. Allow the glass lid to cool before washing, and do not use it if cracked or chipped. Dry all parts thoroughly before storing.

TLDR: fantastic construction, even heat, looks super cute, well made, durable, easy to use, fantastic functionality, doesn't leak, easy to clean, easy to use, great saucepan, would just love if it were a little larger! The size is just right when you don't want to pull out a large pot, and it heats evenly without hot spots. The stainless steel feels solid and well-made, and the lid fits securely, helping keep heat and moisture in while cooking. What I like most is the wooden handle. It stays cool while the pan is on the stove and feels comfortable and balanced in hand when pouring. The saucepan is easy to clean after use, and it doesn't retain odors or stains. It's a simple, practical piece of cookware that gets used often because it does exactly what it's designed for—efficient, no-fuss cooking for small portions.Great Saucepan!
Recently I have had to throw a pan away that I took from my parent's house when I moved out in 1989. I don't imagine that this pan will last as long but it does seem to be a great pan. I know pans are expensive a so I can't really guage the price but £25 for a non-brand pan is quite a lot to ask. So far it has for us lived up to that promise. It has a lid and a pouring lip. A rare combo these days without spending a small fortune. The lid is glass and has a steam vent which again is a nice touch. The pan itself feels like a nice weight. It doesn't feel flimsy and seems to take heat well. I'm more pot washer than cook in this house but I've heard only praise from the chef and o had no worries getting it clean with nothing more than normal washing up liquid and quick once over in the bowl. How long it will last, I cannot say and that could change my opinion of it but so far it has been as good as, if not better than I expected. And certainly as good as a pan at this price should be. Heart recommend.
Great for smaller sauce needs. Good looking and quality pan with clear lid & pour area.
