FAQ

I’ve purchased and tried electric milk frothers with food-grade plastic magnetic whisks, but I didn’t like the whisk coming into contact with heated milk. The IMEES milk and butter warmer pot has a nice polished stainless-steel exterior and is well made. The handle should have been wider to make the pot more comfortable to hold while pouring. I use it to heat milk for hot chocolate and chai lattes. A stainless-steel lid would have been a good addition. The pot has a smooth interior, which makes cleanup easy.I’ve noticed that chai lattes and hot chocolate taste better than when prepared in a milk frother.
BUY IT!First, I am not married to the average Egyptian man. Or maybe I am?!?! He doesnt want just a tiny cup of coffee when he leaves for work....noooo.....he wants a large cup! So i can't use the normal canaka to make his coffee when he is leaving for work unless I am going to make it 3 times! Haha. And even then I have to worry about it boiling over. To accurately show the size, I posted against a soda can. This canaka is a game changer.I am using this for the Arabic coffee we bring from Egypt, for his halba (fenugreek) and we have even made shay nanna (mint tea) in this because I truly dislike him making it it in my regular tea pot since it gets stuck in the nose of the pot. My husband also made hot chocolate in it!It washes up very nicely. Even with milk! He has a bad habit of heating things a little too high so the milk scales a bit...in my opinion...but it scrubbed up so easily. I can easily fit my entire hand into the pot to scrub it unlike the small canaka we have. The handle is firmly welded as well unlike the copper and some smaller stainless steel canakas I have used in the past. It does get a little warm if left close to the burner so it's good to use a mitt when grasping but that's true with all metal cookware. While in Egypt, I couldn't locate any stainless steel canakas. Aluminum is more commonly used there. I am very seriously considering purchasing a second one to carry with us to leave in our home there. I really love this one and feel like it was worth the cost. This is an item that feels like we will have for at least the next 15-20 years. It is that sturdy.
(30oz/900ml)Excellent quality and design - exactly as pictured.Excellent packaging. Definitely recommend.IMEEA Milk Warmer Pot Turkish Coffee Pot 18/10 Tri-Ply Stainless Steel Butter Warmer with Spout
This pot is quite nice in look with its stainless steel material, heavy bottom, and clear interior measurements; but, the short, poorly designed handle makes it extremely unpleasant to use. The truncated handle is concave on top, which makes holding it awkward, not what you desire for pouring hot liquid. Also, the short handle means it gets too hot to hold unless the pot is used on a small burner. I filled it and boiled water in the pot. It heated up quickly, but the high temps reduced the touchable surface area of the handle by another inch, which really left the handle too short for easy use. Finally, the handle isn't screwed into the pot, which could prove problematic with extensive use. I'd recommend this pot if you won't be using it full or if you only plan to use it occasionally. If you plan to use often, invest in a quality pot with a longer, better designed, and weightier handle.
Hard to know what to believe about this product. The bottom indicates the 3-PLY 304. Stainless steel 304 is 18/8 not 18/10 (18/10 is 316). Key thing about 304 (18/8) is that it is only rust-resistant rather than rust-proof and a cheaper material than 316 (18/10). The bottom also says ‘From Switzerland' but the packing indicates a Chinese company and made in China, so no idea what this marking means. Having said all this the product does seem to be made quite well.
Love. Exactly what I wanted.
Handy, but spills when pouring. The pouring spout isn't very big; it seems to work okay if poured slowly. The handle only gets warm if I leave it on the stove too long (gas stove).
Really good quality
Very versatile. I love it!
Heavy bottomed stainless steel pot, perfect for heating milk before frothing for coffee and very easy to clean because the milk does not burn because of the solid base
Doesn't pour very well when using larger volumes (dribbles down the side). Otherwise worka very well, including on induction
Excellent quality. Perfect boiling water for 1 person tea pot. Water hotter than a jug for good brewing. Handle stays cool. Lovely shiny pot, no water pouring issues even though lip is small.
It would be great if it is 18/8 stainless steel too
The small pot is well made with a solid feel, unfortunately we discovered that the induction cooktop on our new stove won’t work with cookware as small as this pot
Great for liquids or to warm up small portions for little kids, super easy to clean. You might think stuff would stick but it never truly does.
BUENA CALIDAD.
Love! Love! Love! Great quality! Very sturdy!
Love 18/10 quality steel cookware.
Useful
Excellent product, I was looking for a good pot warmer for milk and this one is perfect, well made, non- stick, you just pass the sponge and everything comes off, love it.
Excellent quality! Very sturdy and weighty. Recommend!
