キャンプ用に注文しました！どうしてもキャンプ用の調理器具は男臭いというか黒や木素材になりがちですが、このショップの調理器具はシルバー系が多くオシャレ感を演出できます。おかずやスープを一人分作るのにちょうどよいミニサイズですが、クオリティは非常に高く、見た目以上にしっかりとした重さがあるため屋外で風が強くても安定して調理可能。鍋部分は小さいながらも厚みがあるため、スープや煮物が冷めないのもいいですね！シルバー系のキャンプ調理用品を探してる人ならかなりおススメです！！
It's a really well-made small stainless steel pan. It would fit one egg and that's about it but that is what is great about the size of this pan. You can make a sauce for two servings and drizzle it directly from this pan.It has a great weight to it so it doesn't feel like it will topple over while you are cooking. The bottom of the pan is thick enough that you don't need to worry about scorching your food immediately.It is a stainless steel pan, so things will stick to it if you don't put enough oil. If you're used to cooking with non-coated pans you will have no problem with it. If you have never cooked omelet on a stainless steel pan, I would highly recommend practicing a few times so you used to cooking on a non-coated pan.
Solid little pan! Does what it’s supposed to and I love that it’s stainless steel, no need to worry about nonstick coating leaching into food.
Nice and useful shape. I used it to fry eggs and it got stained on the sides very soon. A lot of work to get rid of stains. Bottom ok, omeletes do not stick to tho bottom, a bit on the sides. Happens a lot with steinless steel.
You definitely have to coat with oil. This is not nonstick. The size is good.

Use for small batches of sauces and hot dips. The drawback is the pouring is on the wrong side of the pan for right handed person. Easy to clean. Not a balance problem on my gas stove.
This item looks great. It's a good weight and hence sits quite flat unlike some other types of small frying pans. The outside of the pan is beautifully finished. HOWEVER, it is flawed because the inside flat surface (where the egg goes) was rough!! Not finished properly, not polished smooth. I decided to keep it though, and made it smooth by carefully using very fine emery paper and wire wool. Because of this and that I consider it an expensive item, I mark it down.

Good product for its price. Slightly misbalanced, the handle a bit more heavy, so the pan is not fully touching the stove, however, it doesn't create a big issue in heating.Also the handle tends to overheat during some time, and might be hot till the end of cooking. Be careful about shards left in the pen when it's arrived, should be better polished at factory.The rest - all as expected from the stainless steel frying pan.

I've looked high and low for a 5.5-6" small egg pan. They're either non existent or flimsy and poor quality. This pan is amazing!! It's the right size, solid 3 ply construction and just feels good in the hand. It sits flat on the burner with no warp. First thing I tried was a fried egg and it was perfection. For newbies who don't know, you must let stainless steel reach the "mercury point" before cooking in it. That means that a drop of water will skate across the surface, not sizzle. Once at that point, add oil/butter and cook away. Let things sit for a minute or so and then the stainless releases the food like magic and it's better than any "non-stick" pan. Love this !
意外に持っていないこのサイズ。目玉焼き1～2個作るだけの時に便利です。なにせコンパクトなので洗う時に楽、食器乾燥中も幅を取りません。水や泡が取っ手の中に入ってしまうあのタイプの不衛生感もなく使いやすいです。
I bought this mini stainless steel frying pan and I'm impressed. It cooks perfectly and heats evenly. As long as you don't treat it like a Teflon pan, it cooks eggs perfectly without sticking. Ideal for frying an egg or small portions. A great little pan!
朝食の目玉焼きを作るフライパンとして購入しました。今までは熱伝導の良いアルミフライパンを使っていたのですが、持ち手もアルミのために火傷をすることがしばしばでした。さらにアルミフライパンは汚れが落ちにくく、やはりステンレスの多層フライパンが使い勝手が良いと探していたのですが、中々１５cm以下の小型が見つかりませんでした。今回、直径14cmの全面多層というこの商品を見つけ、早速注文しました。フライパンとしてはかなり小型だと思いますが、当商品は造りがしっかりしていて、とてもきれいな仕上がりです。全面三層のため、熱伝導も理想的。ふちはパリパリで黄身は半熟というきれいな目玉焼きが難なく出来上がります。勿論、目玉焼き専用でもなく丼ものを作るにも絶妙なサイズ感で、牛丼、親子丼等を作るのにも重宝しています。使用後は通常の洗剤で汚れもすっきり落ちるので快適。汚れ切ったアルミフライパンには引退していただくことになりました。
