The stainless steel cooking surface contains no coating and is designed for long-term everyday use. Proper preheating and the use of oil or butter can help reduce sticking when cooking eggs or other delicate foods.

An excellent little pan. Solid s/steel base, good easy grip handle. Ideal for single person serves of eggs, bean dishes, quick vege stir fry; deep enough to reheat a soup or stew. Metal utensils are fine.
Great quality as described very impressed
The pan looks very professional.Perfect for poaching eggs and heating milk or small servings of sauces.
This is a lovely little pan. It is good and deep. Not too big in diameter and perfect for a small omelette or frittata. Easy to clean, it scrubs up nicely with a scouring pad, even a metal pad, which leaves it looking new again. Highly recommend this pan, great quality, you won’t be disappointed. Just remember that it is not non-stick, you need oil of some kind, and whatever does stick to it is easily scrubbed away later after a short soak. As it is stainless steel it will not rust and will last a very long time. I’ve got others that are forty years old and still going strong!
I recently replaced all my pans which had a non stick coating as I know they are so bad for us. I needed a small egg pan and this was perfect — I got the size one up from the smallest which was spot on for cooking two eggs. The pan feels really good quality — and I actually love the wooden handle on it, this is my favourite pan to use now
