なんか、調理が美味しそうにみえるので大好評です。味は、焼くモノ次第ですがシュラスコのように大きなお肉を薄く切って焼いてを繰り返して食べるのも楽しいです。調理の幅が広がるので、とても良いと思います。3回使用しましたが、今のところ壊れる気配はありません。
串が二股になっている事で、素材が回る事なくひっくり返せるのでストレスがない。串の長さも丁度良い感じです。基本、ソロキャンプでじっくり肉を焼くのに使用していますが、本数結構入っているので、グループでのBBQでも活躍しそうです。
On single prongs your food can spin,making it hard to turn. Food stays in place on double prong. Wood handle are nice if you using a flat grill plate level to the grill edge. Wood handle not needed and dontvwork on kettle type grills. I figure I will just burn these off and use as is afterwards as I am still using my 40 year old Weber kettle grill
Look like stainless steel, but it not. More like zinc.
I wanted skewers for grilling shrimp. I pulled the wooden handles off of these skewers, so the shrimp skewers could lay flat in the grill grates. It worked great. I just use tongs to easily flip them over.

These units are very very flimsy, I don't expect them to remain functional for very long. They look ok but in reality they feel very very cheap. I suspect that they will snap/fail in normal usage.

C'est l'outil parfait pour les brochettes. Terminé les viandes qui ne grillent pas sur tous les côtés parce qu'elles ne tiennent pas solidement. Je recommande !

Work well on the bbq, long spikes, good handles
I liked being able to put picanha on them for grilling. It's a little difficult; but gets the job done. It's very easy to burn the wooden handles. I'm thinking about getting flat tongs instead of these forked ones.
These are sooo much better than single wire skewers. Already used multiple times for chicken thigh teriyaki chicken. Recommend if you like grilling skewers.
